If your astrologer or jyotishi tells you that you are a Mangalik it means that you have a Mangal Dosha in your horoscope or Kundali.

Mangal Dosha is formed when Mars has a strong negative influence on houses related to marriage in a horoscope. It can have negative effect on your married life if the proper remedy or upaya is not done.

The best remedy is to get married to a person who too is a Mangalik. As almost 50% of the people in this world are Mangalik this should not be a problem.

There are other remedies for Mangal Dosha. For details browse through the Jyotish Section of this website Jyotish Biz.
