This Site-Visit Vastu consultations option is available in case where the Vastu expert is required to visit the site of construction or the constructed building which is to be studied. The vastu project's fee here is to be paid in advance. All travel and stay arrangements to be made by the client or they will be charged separately in advance after calculating the requisite costs. The horoscopes of the owners or users of the property are also studied to give accurate Vastu suggestions in this option.The fees for a usual 1 to 4 bedroom house/apartment or a small office/workshop/showroom area begins at USD 2001.00 per day of the visit plus the travel and stay costs. - For larger houses, shop, showroom, farmhouses, factory sites, warehouses, shopping complexes, etc, the fee will depend on the area under study and the kind of work involved. For such a work a minimum advance payment of USD 5100.00 will be required before the Vastu expert goes on the site visit. Travel and Stay cost/arrangements will be extra.
